Alexander PeterWOODpassed in a tragic boating accident at Roadford Lake in Hatherleigh at the age of 43, on the 8th of June 2022. He was born in Aylesbury on the 24th of January 1979. Alex was somebody who after meeting him you never forgot him; his enthusiasm for life and his big loving presence had an impact on all who met him. He was an adoring and dedicated husband to his wife Tamsyn as well as an incredible father to their four children Monty, Lola, Mitzi and Esmie. Aside from being survived by his wife and four children, Alex also leaves behind his two parents Anne and Peter Wood, His brother and sister Ashley and Joanne and many nephews and nieces. The funeral will be held on the 13th of July 2022 at 11:00am at St John the Baptist church in Hatherleigh. Alex was the biggest part of us and our hearts and lives have been torn apart by his sudden tragic death. He loved the sea and was an avid surfer so we have chosen the following charity for donations in his honour. I've been following the story of Alex and his family from the beginning of the blog written by Tamsyn.
Sometimes I checked the news how the things are goin' on. I've just noticed this.... No words.... Absolutely no words.

Deepest condolences to all of you (Tamsyn & the kids) for your loss.
